Here are some of our favorite radio links:

EMCOMM.ORG Our umbrella Emergency Communications website, which includes Sacramento Valley ARES, in addition to Siskiyou and Modoc counties ARES. Our friend, Bill (W7ARC) is the webmaster and as always, Bill does a beautiful job. NOTE: Check out all of the photographs, you'll see many of David, K6SOJ, as well as myself, KE6MZT.

The SOJOURNERS.US Our friend, Bill (W7ARC) is also the webmaster for this new site. SOJOURNERS stands for "State Of Jefferson Operators' United Relay Network and Emergency Radio Society" (leave it to David!:) SOJOURNERS is a "club" with emphasis on true values and emergency services with regard to amateur radio. David founded the club and is the current president...I am the current treasurer and we have about 41 members, all of whom value the craft and work hard to be proficient radio operators...we all reside in the Mythical "State of Jefferson" which incorporates northern California and southern Oregon. We talk to each other everyday on the radio and have check-ins from as far north as Canada and as far south as southern California. We have many check-ins from Nevada, Washington, and an occasional Idaho, Montana and even Colorado! The Jefferson Noon Net (JNN), 1200L, 7232 kHz.(alt) 3987 kHz. meets every day of the year and has been for years! Join a great group of people daily! The SOJOURNERS is a wonderful group of people!

Efrem's Website A very dear friend of Nannette's family for a lifetime, who remains a very dear special friend now to Nannette and David, who is an ARO: callsign: KA6MSL, is Efrem Violin. Efrem has an amazing, very elaborate website! Of course, Efrem is an amazing man, with many many interests! Plan to make many visits, you will really enjoy what he has created!

The Amateur Radio Relay League We are members and also are appointees for the ARRL's Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) ...and we support this fine organization!

Varmint Al's Hunting Page Al and his YL MaryAnn are ARO's, callsigns: WB6YNM and WA6QPU respectively!... and he also has the BEST hunting site we know of on the web.
